Mike Thomas Mazarico is an artist and illustrator currently living in Maryland. He was born in Los Angeles in 1990, graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas in 2010, and received his BFA in Painting at the the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2014. Working in both traditional and digital media, his artwork ranges from corrupted portraits, surreal vignettes, conventional illustrations, and many drawings of rats (and on occasion, other animals as well). When not making art, you can find him cycling and skateboarding in the streets of Baltimore City.

His illustrations have been featured in several publications including Rudolph’s Pediatrics: 23rd Edition (2018), Synapse Zine: Issue 3 (2017), The Moon Zine: Issue 18, Other (2017), and Fine Print Press, Issues 4 & 5 (2016)
